2025 Summer Camps will begin to be added to our website in January with registration tentatively scheduled for Monday, January 27, 2025

Standard camp hours are 9am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday, unless otherwise noted on the camp listing.

In order to receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 2 weeks prior to the start date of the camp. So for example, if your camp starts on Monday, June 16th, you’ll need to cancel by Monday, June 2nd to receive a refund. All refunds will be issued within 5 working days. The 6.1% processing fee cannot be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within the two-week period prior to your camp start date. Cancellations must be made in writing. San Domenico reserves the right to cancel a camp for any reason, including lack of enrollment. In such cases, a full refund will be made.

Please note that Nike Basketball, Nike Tennis, and O'Sullivan Soccer Academy have different cancellation policies. Please contact US Sports Camp or O'Sullivan Soccer to learn more.

There is a 6.1% processing fee that is applied to your purchase that automatically goes to ACTIVE. Please note that this fee is non-refundable with the exception of a camp cancellation due to low enrollment.

Yes, you can set up a payment plan of 4 payments plus a deposit for all camps. Day Programs have a deposit of $225, Overnight/Boarding Programs and Accredited Courses have a deposit of $300, and Summer Travel Programs have a deposit of $500. Please keep in mind the 6.1% Processing Fee will be added to your deposit. Payments will be scheduled for the first of the month and automatically billed to your credit card.

When a spot becomes available and you are first on the waitlist, you will receive an email from ACTIVE stating that a spot has become available for your child. You will have 72 hours to register your child or that spot will become available to the next person on the waitlist.

If we decide to cancel a camp, we will notify you at least a month prior to the start date of the camp. If we are contemplating cancelling a camp, we will let you know that the camp your child is enrolled in is in danger of being cancelled. Camps can be cancelled due a number of reasons including: low registration numbers, camp director is no longer available, or space is no longer available due to campus closures. If a camp is cancelled, it will be removed from the webpage.

If your camp uses the swimming pool, the camp description will mention that it may or may not use it at the end of the day. Please keep in mind that pool use is optional. If you would not like your child to use the pool, please email your camp director.

At least 2 weeks prior to the start date of your child’s camp, an email will be sent out with the drop-off and pick-up locations of each camp. When you arrive on campus, there will also be signs leading you to your child’s drop-off and pick-up location. If you are still unsure as to where to go, please speak with a SD Staff Member (in the orange vests) who will help you locate your child’s camp.

Yes! This summer, San Domenico will offer a Friday Fun Day Camp for children who only attend camp Monday through Thursday. Registration for Friday Fun Day will open in January with the other camp offerings.

Yes! Please check in with your child’s camp director first before checking the school’s Lost & Found. This year, the Lost & Found is located near the Swimming Pool. Any items left on campus after Wednesday, July 30th will be donated.

No, if your child is taking the bus, you do not need to purchase Extended Care. They may spend some time in Extended Care, but that is included in your price for the Bus Service.
