Middle School Mountain Biking Club: Fridays, 3:10-4:50 pm, 12/6-3/6

With enthusiastic groups of kids, San Domenico's after school middle school mountain bike rides are always a blast. Our rides give students a chance to build habits that can lead to a lifetime of healthy outdoor aerobic exercise. We have great access to both single track and local fire roads with varying degrees of difficulty but it's really the steadfast enthusiasm from the kids that makes these rides great. Our Middle School Team rides every Friday (weather permitting) after school. As we build up for our optional spring races, we learn about trail riding etiquette and technique. Our focus is on building confidence through individual growth and development while our team progresses toward spring. Overcoming new trail obstacles and along our rides gives participants a sense of accomplishment and self esteem boosting examples of their development and growth.

Technique Based Cooking with Tabula: Tuesdays, 3:15-4:15 pm, 12/3-2/25

Students will learn 10 essential cooking techniques and 10 easy (and healthy!) dishes. They will learn the 3 “secrets” of great cooking and experience the joy of eating what they create with their own hands. Kale Caesar, roasted cauliflower with toasted panko, gourmet grilled cheese, and Thai “spring roll” salad—a few of the wonderful foods we will enjoy together. Each student receives a custom monogrammed cooking apron on the first day of class to keep! (Allergies/dietary restrictions are easily accommodated.) Learn even more at

TinkerTech Create with Code! Wednesdays, 4:30-5:30 pm, 12/4-2/26

Whether you have learned Scratch, Python, or are new to coding, come to this class to put your coding skills to creative us building prototypes of games and more. We’ll sharpen our skills with some fun Scratch challenges then graduate to programming the mico:bit, a tiny computer with sensors and lights that can communicate with other micro:bits in the room. A super fun way to explore code through hands-on STEAM maker projects with friends.

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds will be honored up to one week after the activity start date. Spots are not held until payment has been made in full. We do not prorate for late registration or missed classes.
