Annual Report
2023-24 Annual Report
A Message from Board Chair Liz Revenko ’87 and Head of School Paul Sanders
Dear Members of the San Domenico Community,
This year’s Annual Report captures an extraordinary moment in our school’s journey. It has been a year of exciting transitions, which, ironically, provides the perfect opportunity to reflect on our history, our values, and who we are as a community.
At San Domenico, our shared commitment to study, reflection, community, and service guides everything we do. In a time of rapid change, these values ground us, inspire our students, and ensure that we remain true to our purpose. This past year, our students and staff have achieved remarkable things—in the classroom, on the stage, in the arts, on the field, and through service. Each success reflects not only their hard work and dedication but also the strong foundation of values that has shaped this school for generations.
As we prepare for San Domenico’s 175th anniversary, we celebrate a legacy rooted in purpose while looking ahead with renewed energy and optimism. The strength of our community, combined with your generosity, makes it possible to support students in embracing a complex and ever-changing world with confidence.
Every contribution of time, talent, and resources strengthens the San Domenico experience and ensures that future generations of students will continue to thrive here. We invite you to deepen your engagement with the school in the year ahead, knowing that your involvement plays a vital role in shaping a community where both excellence and goodness endure.
Thank you for being part of this journey and for your commitment to San Domenico’s mission.

It’s hard to believe, but the beauty of the campus is only half the magic. At San Domenico, our children are stretching their minds and hearts every day, asking the big enduring questions, creating collaboratively and learning the value of hard, joyful work and good risks. They are guided by generous, experienced adults who live full, inspired lives and are passionate about their craft and their community. We are so grateful to be a part of San Domenico’s long story.Anna Pellicioli and Benjamin Dillon

The full community supporting the annual fund is essential because giving means no matter the size of gift, you are a part of this. It says I want to see the school continue to thrive, and I'm dedicated to participating in the mission, the value, and the vision of where the school wants to go.
