Education & Achievements
B.F.A., Memphis College of Art
Suzanne Kelly has taught Visual Art in a school setting for the past 14 years. She has taught at the elementary, middle and high school levels. Prior to becoming an Art teacher, she served as an Art Director for a social service agency in Memphis, TN, and for a clothing company in San Francisco. While working in San Francisco, she taught art to homeless children through a program called Drawbridge. During this time, a love for teaching and students immerged, and when family circumstances compelled her to return home, she began to pursue a teaching career full time. In addition to teaching students, she has extensive experience teaching teachers to use Visual Art to teach traditional curricula in the classroom.
“My favorite part of being a member of the San Domenico Community is being surrounded by nature's beauty with a group of positive, loving, and open-minded people.”
