San Domenico Middle School Athletics
Athletic participation at San Domenico is highly encouraged—the opportunity for a student to play for one's school with classmates is rewarding. San Domenico coaches are also faculty members, and there is a terrific on campus Athletic Center for volleyball and basketball.

"Mr. Sean Gilmartin, of the New York Mets, recently spoke at SD and it was amazing! He explained about what being on a team really means; how your teammates aren't just friends but they're family and how being on a team means that you not only have close friends but also that you are in a safe environment with people that care about you. Mr. Gilmartin was a very nice man who was inspirational. He talked about hard work and how it pays off and if you really want something, work hard will help you get there. I'm so grateful that my friends and I got to meet Sean Gilmartin, who found something that he loved and pursued it. This will be an experience that we will never forget." — Talitha Callan, 8th Grade
