Indexed Tuition Application Instructions
To begin your indexed tuition application for the 2021-22 enrollment year, please follow these steps:
- Visit the website: https://sssbynais.force.com/familyportal/FamilyLogin?startURL=%2Ffamilyportal
- Click on the green “Login to Complete or Update Your PFS” button to begin filling out your Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS). Each household is required to submit a separate PFS.
- Follow the prompts to complete an application. Our school code is 7084.
- By January 7, 2021: Submit your application, pay the PFS application fee, and upload your 2019 tax documents.
- By February 5, 2021: All W-2's/Form 1099's should be uploaded to your SSS account.
- By February 15, 2021: Upload your 2020 tax documents directly to your online application. If waiting on a K-1 requires you to file an extension, please upload a draft 2020 tax return clearly marked “Draft” or “Estimate.”
