Submit an Admissions Application (required)

Required Application Steps due by Friday, January 16, 2026:

• Submit Application Forms 
  • The San Domenico Application Form and Fee 
  • The San Domenico Parent/Guardian Statement Form
• Submit the Student Evaluation Form from your child's CURRENT Teacher 
• Submit Transcripts from the first half of the current school year and the two previous school years. If you attended more than one school please ensure that you submit grades from all schools attended.
• Student Assessment
  • A member of our admissions team will contact you to schedule your child’s assessment after your application has been received.
• Parent/Guardian Interview
  • Appointments will take place December-February, and are scheduled once families have submitted an application. A member of our admissions team will contact you to schedule your appointment.
• Submit an Indexed Tuition Application (optional) 
  • Please complete the Parent/Guardian application through Clarity. Applications are due on Thursday, January 8, 2026.

  • The San Domenico Middle School Student Questionnaire
• Request Student Evaluation Forms
  • Applicants to grade 6 must submit one Student Evaluation Form from their current teacher. Students applying for grades 7 and 8 must submit Student Evaluation Forms from their current math and language arts teachers.
• Request Transcripts from the first half of the current school year and the two previous school years. If you attended more than one school, please ensure that you submit grades from all schools attended.
• Student Assessment
  Information regarding the in-home Assessment for your student is available in Ravenna.
• Register for Parent/Guardian Appointment
  • Appointments will take place December-February, and are scheduled once families have submitted an application.

  • Please complete the Parent/Guardian application through Clarity. Applications are due on Thursday, January 8, 2026.

Note about Standardized Testing
San Domenico will not require or accept standardized test scores as part of the application process for the 2025-26 school year. This decision is in service to students and recognizes inequitable access to testing.

Create a Ravenna Account (required)
Please see above for instructions on creating a student profile in Ravenna. Students applying through Standard Application Online (SAO) must also create a Ravenna account and a student profile. This is required to register for admissions events and to submit your application.

Submit an Admissions Application (required)

Required Application Steps by Thursday, January 8, 2026:

• Submit all five Application Forms:
  • The San Domenico Application Form and $100 Fee
  • The San Domenico Parent/Guardian Statement Form
  • Common Student Activity & Interest Form
  • San Domenico Student Questions 
  • Bay Area Common High School Student Essay
• Request three Recommendations from your CURRENT Math & English Teachers, and your Counselor or Principal.
• Request Middle School Transcripts for 6th, 7th, and 8th Grades
  • If you attended more than one school, please ensure that you submit grades from all schools attended. If you are a transfer student, please request all transcripts from middle and high school, as well as the first semester of your current school year. 
• Register for a Student Interview
  • Interviews will be held in person or on Zoom and are approximately 30 minutes in length. 
• Submit an Indexed Tuition Application (optional) 
  • Please complete the Parent/Guardian application through Clarity. Applications are due on Thursday, January 8, 2026.

Note about SSAT and ISEE Standardized Testing
San Domenico will not require or accept standardized SSAT or ISEE test scores as part of the application process for the 2026-27 school year. This decision is in service to students and recognizes inequities in testing.
