San Domenico’s Upper School band, Corduroy Visual, performed recently at the Phoenix Theatre in Petaluma, CA to a roaring crowd! Not only did the band crank out some great covers of popular songs by the Rolling Stones, Silk Sonic, and Grover Washington, they also debuted two original songs by our very own Alex U. ’24 and Zoe M. ’22.

“Playing at the Phoenix was drastically different to playing at school,” said bassist and keyboardist Jesse R. ’24. “The lights, energy, graffiti, and the environment in general made it a really fun and unique experience.” 

"It felt great playing an out of school gig and I felt like I came out of the experience being a lot more integrated into the professional music community,” added Alex U. ’24.
