At the end of the 2022 school year, faculty member Erica Smith was looking forward to a leisurely, relaxing summer vacation. "I couldn't wait to have my first summer off in a really long time, to just sit and stare at the clouds," remarked Erica. "But I was given an offer I couldn't refuse to fill in a role at the last minute in this really special show." 
Erica will be performing in “Pure Native,” a new play by Vickie Ramirez, current playwright-in-residence at New York’s famed New Dramatists.
