Dorm News: Spring Discovery Adventures
Camp del Oro, Baby Goat, at the Seattle Space Needle, climbing in Joshua Tree

This year’s trips were planned with the goal of including elements of service, innovation, creativity, adventure, leadership, and exploration, and consist of the following:

Freshmen experienced team-building activities in the Sierras near the Yuba River including high and low ropes courses, hiking, archery, and enjoying the lake. 

Sophomores spent their week on Catalina Island where they swam, snorkeled, hiked, kayaked, and learned about nature. 

Juniors and Seniors had their choice of activities which included:

  • Los Angeles
  • Joshua Tree
  • Seattle

and local trips including:

  • Habitat for Humanity
  • Marine Biology
  • exploring cooking with San Domenico’s Top Chef
