The Fine Print

Registration and Payments
Please complete the registration form, sign the Waiver of Liability, and mail with payment (we accept VISA and MC; checks payable to San Domenico School please) to:

Campers are enrolled in order of receipt of registration. In the event a camp you have signed up for is full your child will be put on a waiting list. No camps the week of July 5.

Discounts
A 5% discount is available on total camp price if two or more family members attend (meal plan cannot be discounted).

Refund Policy
A full refund will be issued up until two weeks prior to first day of camp. Cancellations beyond this point will only be granted a refund (less $75 administrative fee) for medical reasons supported by physician's letter. Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation by phone is not accepted.

San Domenico reserves the right to cancel a camp for any reason, including lack of enrollment. In such cases, a full refund will be made.

Lunch Program
Optional daily lunch is available to full day campers at a cost of $35 per week. Campers enrolled in two half-day sessions are eligible.

We're sorry but lunch is only offered as a weekly option. No single day buy ins. 

Extended Care
Extended care is offered to campers between 8-9 AM, and 3:30-5 PM. The fee is $10/hour and can be added on the registration form. Please keep in mind that any camper below the age of 15 may not be left unattended anywhere on campus. It is not necessary to pre-register, but you must sign your child in and out each day.

Photography
San Domenico School reserves the right to use camp photographs for future camp promotion.
