A bibliography or works cited page is a list of sources that is included at the end of a report. The following is the information that should be included in each entry.

1)Author’s name (last name first)

2)Title (underlined if written, Italicized if word processed)

3)City of Publication

4)Publisher

5)Copyright date

6)Pages you used in your research

All this information can be found on the front or back of every book’s title page. Be careful to use the proper punctuation marks between each part of the bibliography.

EXAMPLE: Apt, Jay. Orbit. Washington DC: National Geographic Society, 1996. pp. 53-74
